HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone ! 2008 started off great for us here in Swagger Town, Utah.

"1/5/08 1st show of the year"
Things at J.B. Mulligan’s were jumping on this 1st weekend of the year. The ski crowd has
certainly arrived. Many new comers quickly joined the Swagger fan club. We have booked
ourselves on just about every weekend through out the ski season. Bushmills Whiskey has
joined in on the fun & will be giving away free stuff every night Swagger is playing.

"1/10/08 Benefit for Gil"
Swagger will be playing a Benefit show to raise money for Gil Sanchez. Gil is the always
friendly doorman at The Piper Down. Gil ended up in the hospital on Thanksgiving with a
serious lung infection. His medical bills are bigger than he can afford without insurance.
Please join Swagger, Brooklyne Bradley (from SanDiego) & other performers to raise money
for a great guy. There will be a silent auction held with some cool stuff that has been
donated by local businesses.

"The Sundance Film Festival"
The Sundance festival will be in Park City January 17 – 27th. Swagger will be performing 4
dates during the festival. The 1st show will be on January 19th at J.B. Mulligan’s 9:30pm.
The 2nd show will be on January 22nd at the official music venue for the festival,
"THE STAR BAR" on main street in Park City 9:00pm. The "DUSTY ROADES" Band from Nashville,
will be the headlining act. The 3rd show will be at "THE OWL BAR" at Sundance Ski Resort
January 23rd 9:30pm. The 4th show will be at J.B. Mulligan’s on January 26th at 9:30pm.
Come on out & maybe you will catch a glimpse of your favorite Hollywood Star.

"Swagger plays Snowbird"
Many of our winter fans have asked that we play a very popular local ski resort. Well the
deal is done & the dates are set. Swagger will be playing at "Snowbird Ski Resort",
January 25th 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm. Yes the time is correct. The ski lifts stop running at
5:00 pm & the club is only 5 steps down from the main tram. The Bar is cleverly named
"THE TRAM CLUB". Join your friends & fellow ski buffs for a rocking good time. The club
serves pub food & great beer. Look to our website for more dates in February.

"Studio News"
Swagger is still chipping away at their 1st CD/DVD. There will be a quest appearance on the
CD by local Accordion player, Chans Iverson. Look to be hearing some good stuff from him.
Meanwhile the Holiday’s & club schedule have slowed our recording time a bit, but we are
back in & working hard. Our release date is always changing, but we will certainly have it
ready before St. Patrick's Day in March.

"Swagger Merchandise"
We have added a new item to our merchandise. A 6" tall Silver, Whiskey Flask with the new
Swagger crest engraved on the front. The art work was done by our own Stephan Wallace.
The Flask can be purchased for $20.00 & comes with a small funnel for re-fills. We sold
5 Flasks at our 1st show this year to snowboarders. They make great gifts for the lifts.
There will also be a new T-shirt with the Swagger crest coming out soon. We are currently
working with to get Pay-Pal linked to our website so that you can purchase these items
online.
